The New Year is now started and plans and projects are on the table. People are stepping up to take jobs to make this another good year for the club. We’ve got new officers, but same faces in new places. We would like some members to come to the meetings that haven’t been for a while - give us a hand and maybe new ideas for this new year.
DUES…Dues are due and now being collected by the treasurer.
Please have them in by March 2nd 2011.
We have a new member, Curtis Wasilewski, the youngest son of Dave and Norma. Welcome to the Cruisers, Curt.
We can use more sponsors to help our club. No matter how big the donation, each sponsor helps. For info and sponsorship letters see me, Don Ristau at the meeting or call me at 815-433-3014, or cell 815-252-3014.
The Cruisers are looking into a way for members in good standing to get free membership. Examples are by time helping with our events, getting sponsors, attending meetings, heading committees and many other ways. This should make the meetings more interesting. The more people, the better plans can be made, so come on down. Next meeting is Feb 2nd .
Treasurer Gary H. made his report, bills have been paid and moneys have been deposited. We’re still in the black.
January 5th 50/50 was won by Dave Blacklaw - $25 - Not Present. January 19th 50/50 was won by Dave Wasilewski - $40-Present .
